moe. returns to Turin, NY for it’s 9th year. The initial lineup looks pretty good. You know moe. is going to play multiple sets each day and I’m looking forward to seeing the Sparrow Quartet and The Brew playing for before big crowds.

Last month we cruised The Archive and discovered The Brew a band that jams from Boston. A few weeks after featuring them here on bandsthatjam.net they were nominated for a Jammy for “Best New Artist.” On Wednesday the boys threw down a sick set at Nieztches in Buffalo. This venue has a reputation for having great bands 7 nights a week in the heart of the Allentown district in downtown Buffalo. Back in the 90’s many bands that were getting started like Gov’t Mule, YMSB, and Donna The Buffalo played to small crowds in their early years at this great venue…. Read the rest of this entry »
